Seacrest II Condo, Unit #3 at 3703 5th Avenue in Holmes Beach, is a very comfortably furnished and recently updated unit in a smaller complex, just a few short steps to the beach. Seacrest offers a heated pool, and every amenity to make your stay here a comfortable one. After a day at the beach, you can relax by the pool or in the private, nicely landscaped picnic area. This unit sleeps six with a king size bed, a queen size bed and a memory foam sofa sleeper in the living room. If you need to sleep your children in a different configuration, there is an elevated, inflatable twin sized bed available. High speed wireless internet with free domestic long distance calling is included. There are three flat screen televisions and three DVD players for your use. Even a small electric fireplace for cooler evenings. Two adult bikes, a wagon to take your chairs, umbrella, and small cooler to the beach. There are two Weber kettle grills are available for guests to use. This unit can be rented in conjunction with three other units at Seacrest Condo for larger groups up to twenty two. If you are looking to experience pure relaxation, come to Seacrest II Condo. It doesn't get any better than this. One week minimum rental.

This unit has its own washer and dryer. All linens, including beach towels are provided. Each bedroom has a small stereo and/or IPod dock. Two adult bikes, screened lanais with ceiling fans. Kitchen is well equipped with small appliances, full size refrigerator, stove, dishwasher. Each time the owners visit, something new is added or updated.

Sea Crest Condo II, Unit 3 is located on a quiet dead end street. Only a short walk to the beach, shopping, grocery, pharmacy, and restaurants. We are close to the free island trolley line. This is a wonderful public service that will allow you to explore the island at no charge to you.

What to say about the beach? You can carve out a spot for yourself without tripping over others. The water is warm, the sunsets, magnificent.
