The beautiful blue of the Gulf of Mexico is reflected in the color of the long drapes that frame the sliders overlooking the water; the marble, cabinetry and ceramic tiles cleverly echo the natural colors found along the coastline of Anna Maria Island. Lounge on the comfortable sofa while watching your favorite program on the large flat screen TV. The furnishings, custom cabinetry and artwork are ravishing and combine to please the most discerning of our guests.  
 
Enjoy a state of the art gourmet kitchen with lavish granite countertops, stainless steel appliances to include refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, icemaker, wine cooler ceramic top hob and oven/broiler. Breakfast can be a casual affair seated around the large granite topped breakfast bar.  
 
Custom cabinetry contains pots, pans, dishes, silverware and small appliances. There is a separate laundry room with washer/dryer, iron and ironing board.  
 
Large sliders lead out on to the extensive west facing wrap around balcony, the perfect place to enjoy 'al fresco' dining and sunset cocktails or watch our spectacular Florida sunsets that light up the whole sky with colors that are reflected in the Gulf as the sun slips over the distant horizon.  
 
The Master bedroom has a king size bed, walk in closet and private bathroom, plus a balcony overlooking the Gulf. Bedroom 2 has Queen bed, Bedroom 3 has a comfortable day bed and an extra mattress to accommodate another two persons.  
 
The Master bathroom has luxury tub for 2 and shower for two. Bathroom 2 has a shower, Bathroom 3 is a half bath. Bathrooms are all supplied with freshly laundered towels.

All along the island you will find bike paths, marinas, water sports, sailboats, tennis courts and broad sweeping expanses of peaceful uncrowded beaches overlooking the waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Quaint turn-of-the-century fishing piers are a great place to drop a fishing line, walk off a sumptuous meal or pass the time of day with the locals. Our protected beaches are home to loggerhead turtles, pelicans and herons and it is common to see dolphins playing in the waters of the Gulf.  
Dining on the island is a culinary adventure with everything from casual beach cafes for breakfast or lunch, to fine restaurants with an international reputation. There are plenty of small shops and boutiques to browse around for gifts, craft items, silver and distinctive casual clothes. Just over on the mainland is the vibrant city of Bradenton and with Tampa and Orlando just a drive away, you can easily spend a day at Disney or Busch Gardens.

				High Season Price:	$3,900 per Week

A $250 non refundable fee is charged to your credit card at the time of booking. This is part of the total cost of your reservation. A 25% deposit is payable within seven days of receipt of the reservation form. Final balance due must be received by 90 days prior to arrival.
