Anna Maria Island is situated between Tampa and Sarasota. The closest
city on the mainland is Bradenton.
The island is sandwiched between the Gulf of Mexico on one side and
Tampa Bay on the other side both sides have beautiful beaches.
Great fishing piers and many casual restaurants give to the island
a very layed back atmosphere.The apartment blends right in with its
very relaxed and cozy ambiance, just like home.

Very cozy, cute and clean apartment close to the beach. Private patio where you can
start your day with breakfast in the sun or relax after a long day exploring the island
and surroundings. The apartment is in walking distance of a shopping center and restaurants.
Many amenities like dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, blender, linens,
tub $ shower, cable TV + VCR with a collection of movies. Free trolley on the island is
another perk of this little piece of Paradise. Sorry no pets and no smoking. Owner speaks
English, French & German.

Apartment Rental Rates Low Season Price : $575 High Season Price : $575 per Week

THE RATE FOR ONE MONTH IS $1750. THE RATE FOR ONE WEEK IS $575. There is a mandatory 10.5% resort+state tax to be added. There is a one week minimum (city code). The security/damage deposit varies according to length of stay. Terms and conditions are described in the rental agreement.
