Great fishing piers and many casual restaurants give to the island
a very layed back atmosphere.The apartment blends right in with its
very relaxed and cozy ambiance, just like home.

and surroundings. The apartment is in walking distance of a shopping center and restaurants.

tub $ shower, cable TV + VCR with a collection of movies. Free trolley on the island is
another perk of this little piece of Paradise. Sorry no pets and no smoking. Owner speaks
English, French & German. Free WiFi.

Low Season Price : $575 High Season Price : $575 per Week
THE RATE FOR ONE MONTH IS $1800. THE RATE FOR ONE WEEK IS $575. There is a mandatory 11.5% resort+state tax to be added. There is a one week minimum (city code). The security/damage deposit varies according to length of stay. Terms and conditions are described in the rental agreement.
