great location on a narrow strip of the island,short 2 minute walk to gulf beaches and to free island trolley pick-up point. also very close to grocery store, convenience store,and restaurant/bars. bayside of island is also only a brief walk to bayfront park with benches and kayak launch point.unit is very clean, has open floor plan, lots of tile and new kitchen and bath.property has lush tropical landscaping. anna maria island is described as "old florida"....many homes and cottages are original.there is a 3 story height restriction on the entire island....so we have escaped the condo canyon feel that most florida islands have....it is more like key west and has a very laid back feel and many writers and authors frequent the island.....fishing is good too!

high season: december 15th to may 1st.....$795.00/weekly......$2200.00/monthly...........low season: may 1st to december 14th......$545.00/weekly.......$1595.00/monthly.......deposit required, $500.00(typically deposit returned to you at time of departure provided there is no damages and all inventory accounted for).....to reserve a booking call or email dates, after confirmation of booking you will be required to mail a check for the deposit of $500.00......upon receipt a rental agreement will be mailed/emailed back to you stating the terms and future payment due dates......all funds given are typically non-refundable unless there is enough time to rebook unit to another vacation tenant for the same dates.....weekly rentals typically run saturday to saturday.......also i do nogotiate rates from time to time during slow periods so your welcome to ask for the special rates
