Recently redecorated in rich tropical tones, the living and dining area is open plan to take advantage of the incredible view of the crystal blue Gulf waters. Relax in either of two comfortable sofas and enjoy the TV, DVD or stereo. If you decide to eat in then you can use the dining table in the living area, at he breakfast bar or 'al fresco' out on the balcony.

Walk out through the large glass sliders on to your private balcony and watch dolphins swimming by, sailboats drifting past and the most amazing sunsets that light up the sky in the early evening. Sip a long cool drink while the sun slips down over the horizon and wait for the best light show in the world.

The kitchen has solid granite countertops, pristine white raised paneled wood cabinets and a full range of appliances including dishwasher, range, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, garbage disposal. There is a breakfast bar for informal dining or for that all important early morning cup of coffee before slipping out through the slider doors, down the stairs and taking a leisurely stroll along the beach in the morning air.

The cabinetry contains dishes, pots, pans, silverware and small electricl appliances. The washer, dryer, iron and ironing board are housed in a separate laundry room.

The master bedroom features a large and inviting king-size bed, views of the Gulf when you awake in the morning, an easy chair and ottoman – perfect for enjoying a relaxing read, watching TV or listening to a the radio. There is also a private master bathroom.

Bedroom two has two comfortable twin beds, TV and radio, closet and its own bathroom.

The master bathroom has beautiful granite countertops plus European style tiled tub and shower. Bathroom two also has a European tiled tub/shower and smooth granite countertops. Bathrooms are all supplied with freshly-laundered towels.

An elevator will carry your luggage up from your gated parking. Swim year round in the heated swimming pool set tropical gardens with magnificent palms and a deck that leads down to the beach. There is a grill down by the pool for cook-outs and picnics on the beach.

Within easy walking distance to amenities such as grocery store, the island trolley stop, pharmacy, restaurants and fishing pier.

All along the island you will find bike paths, marinas, water sports, sailboats, tennis courts and broad sweeping expanses of peaceful uncrowded beaches overlooking the waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Quaint turn-of-the-century fishing piers are a great place to drop a fishing line, walk off a sumptuous meal or pass the time of day with the locals. Our protected beaches are home to loggerhead turtles, pelicans and herons and it is common to see dolphins playing in the waters of the Gulf.
Dining on the island is a culinary adventure with everything from casual beach cafes for breakfast or lunch, to fine restaurants with an international reputation. There are plenty of small shops and boutiques to browse around for gifts, craft items, silver and distinctive casual clothes. Low Season Price : £1600 High Season Price : £1745 per Week
A $250 non refundable fee is charged to your credit card at the time of booking. This is part of the total cost of your reservation. A 25% deposit is payable within seven days of receipt of the reservation form. Final balance due must be received by 90 days prior to arrival. If the reservation is made within the 90 days prior to arrival, the full payment is due and payable immediately. All funds should made payable to Anna Maria Vacations. (For non US residents the accommodation is quoted in US dollars. Any amounts quoted in UK pounds or Euros are for guidance purposes. The US dollar rate prevails.) In the event of cancellation refunds are subject to Anna Maria Vacations’ ability to re-rent the property for the dates you reserved. Cancellations, non-arrivals, late arrivals, early departures or alterations that result in a loss of revenue for Anna Maria Vacations Inc will be charged.
