    • Two Week Minimum stay required due to the bi-laws. This is a luxury condo with a beautiful view of the Gulf. You are 20 steps to the stairs that lead to the stairs 10 steps to the pool or 40 to the beach. How could you get any closer. Tiffany Place is the most popular condo on the island and is full amenity. The free trolly meets right on the corner. If your looking for a clean condo with the comfort of home and not a sandy beach cottage then this is it. Booking early is always a good idea. We book up to a year in advance.     TWO WEEK MINIMAM STAY 25% of Lease and tax plus a $350 security deposit due upon reserving. Balance due 4 weeks prior to arrival. tax is 11.5%. Cancelation policy is 90 days prior to your reservation you will recieve full refund. Within 90 of arrival, if I can lease it we will refund entire amount back, if not then we keep the 25%. No pets, smoking.
