This roomy 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom Condo is a recently updated and well maintained unit with covered parking plus a heated pool. Leave the car at home because this 4 unit complex is just a few short steps to the Beach (120) and although located on a quiet cul-de-sac it is near (easy walking distance) to shops and restaurants.

It offers every amenity to make your stay here a comfortable one.

After a day at the Beach you can relax by the pool or in the private nicely landscaped picnic area. Two spacious lanais (one overlooking the pool) are the perfect place to curl up with a special book or to enjoy an evening beverage with family and friends.

“Seacrest” sleeps 6 with a king size bed, two twin beds and a sleeper sofa in the living room.

Amenities include washer/dryer, cable, two TV’s, two VCR’s a DVD player, a full kitchen including a blender, toaster and microwave. There is also a DSL broadband facility for fast internet access for your laptop/computer etc. In addition there is a stereo CD player and AM/FM radio. Beach toys, 4 Beach bikes, Beach chairs and a Weber kettle grill are available to use. Seacrest is completely redecorated inside & out, including new bed & bathroom sets, curtains, rugs & pictures from local artists.

Island Attractions Island attractions include Charter Boat fishing, live theatre, a fitness club, a day spa, specialty shops, three fishing piers, bike and scooter rentals, jet skiing, parasailing, canoeing and kayaking, many dining experiences with influences from all over the world, plus a free trolley service up and down the island. Area & Regional Attractions Area and regional attractions include numerous public golf courses located a short distance from the island, the world famous Bolitari tennis academy, St Armens Circle, Bishop Planeterium, Selby Gardens, Sarasota Jungle Gardens, Ringling Museum, Opera and live plays in Sarasotas Van Wenzel Hall, Busch Gardens and St Petersburg Beach. 25 Minutes to Sarasota, 35 minutes to I75, 80 minutes to Tampa, 150 minutes to Orlando-Disney-Theme Parks.

There is a 25% holiday surcharge for Easter, July 4th, Thanksgiving and Christmas weeks. A $30.00 non-refundable administrative fee will be applied to all reservations. Reservations require a $500 performance/damage deposit. Your performance/damage deposit is non-refundable if you cancel any or all of your reservation. We cannot offer refunds for late check ins or early departures. Rental payments are non-refundable in the event of cancellation, unless the entire rental period is re-booked. Subletting or assignment of the rentals units is prohibited. The Performance/damage deposit is required to secure your reservation. IT IS NOT PART OF THE RENT. Rentals are subject to Florida state sales tax of 6 ½% and Manatee County resort taxes of 4%.
