An oak staircase leads up to the upper hall; this has a floral sofa, soft chandelier lighting, huge mirror and triple arch top windows. It's a great spot to relax with a good book. If you take the elevator up from the garage it also makes its first stop here. Walk though into the living area and out onto the terrace for far reaching views out over the water. At night by moonlight over the bay you can see the twinkling lights of the mainland and some small islands in the distance. By day sailboats drift lazily by and dolphins gambol in the water. If you like to fish, run up to the bait shop, bring it back and cast a rod off the end of your own dock.

All along the island you will find bike paths, marinas, water sports, sailboats, tennis courts and broad sweeping expanses of peaceful uncrowded beaches overlooking the waters of the Gulf of Mexico. 				Low Season Price:	$2,400 per Week
				High Season Price:	$4,000 per Week

A $250 non refundable fee is charged to your credit card at the time of booking. This is part of the total cost of your reservation. A 25% deposit is payable within seven days of receipt of the reservation form. Final balance due must be received by 90 days prior to arrival. If the reservation is made within the 90 days prior to arrival, the full payment is due and payable immediately. All funds should made payable to Anna Maria Vacations.
