There is a non-refundable security deposit protection plan that covers up to $3,000.00 in damage to the unit for $40.00. There is a $50.00 booking fee, required departure clean of $100.00, and mandatory state and local taxes of 11.5%. Travel insurance is available and is optional, however, is highly recommended. Upon reservation booking, a 25% deposit is required on the rental fee, with the balance being paid thirty (30) days prior to arrival. Rental Reservation Agreement to secure your vacation rental property must be signed and returned to SolTerre Properties via e-mail or fax within three (3) business daysor your deposit for the property will be forfeited. Our cancellation policy is that if you have booked and property and have to cancel, if we can rebook the property, you will be refunded everything except the $50.00 booking fees and any fees already paid in preparation for your arrival at the unit, i.e., request for rented items such as high chairs, cribs, etc.
