Take in the lights of the Skyway Bridge at night or an early morning sunrise over Tampa Bay from one of the many decks of this beautiful home. "All Decked Out" is the ideal vacation spot for large families, multiple families, family reunions, corporate/team retreats, or any special occasion which requires a large home. The house has a total of six furnished porches, amounting to 1900 square feet of magnificent water views. All 3000 square feet of living space inside this magnificent villa have been beautifully decorated and are updated regularly to insure your comfort each and every time you visit. The house is air-conditioned and has fans in every bedroom as well as the living room. There are five very large bedrooms, all with water views. The huge master suite has a king size bed, whirlpool tub, over-sized shower, double vanity, recliner, television, access to two private porches and lots of room to spare. There is a phone in the master bath as well as bedside. The other bedrooms are outfitted with two twin, two double, one queen and another king size bed. Four of the five bedrooms have access to a balcony overlooking the water. 
The sunny and spacious living room, dining room and well-equipped kitchen all have water views. There are three bathrooms, a large laundry room, and a two-car garage with automatic garage door openers and a built-in vacuum system to keep your car free of sand. In October 2008, the pool was beautifully retiled and surfaced, giving it a completely new appearance. The surrounding deck was replaced with pavers and the sunbathing area increased. Flowering bushes now surround the fenced-in area providing privacy from the street and a lovely garden setting. "All Decked Out" is equipped with five televisions including a large flat screen HDTV in the living room, DVD and VCR players, an intercom system which provides music to any or every room in the house, a fax machine, two full-size washers and dryers, a highchair, baby bed, five telephones for access to free long distance anywhere in the continental United States, heated pool, gas grille, nine loungers as well as table and chairs in the pool area. Wireless Internet access insures your being able to use your laptop from anywhere in the house or while lounging on one of the many decks or around the pool. You will find puzzles, books and games should you happen to have a rainy afternoon. All linens are provided and cleaning service is available.  
The living room area of "All Decked Out" has recently been furnished with couches by Lazy Boy. All three couches have built-in recliners.

At 509 South Bay Boulevard you are just blocks from the Anna Maria Pier which is the perfect spot to drop a line and catch a wide variety of saltwater fish,dine at the pier restaurant, or enjoy a cool beverage while you keep an eye out for the ever present dolphin. "All Decked Out" on the east side of the island, just yards from the beach. This is the perfect spot to launch your kayak or take a dip. In addition to the beach and pier, you can walk to tennis courts, shopping, restaurants and the best ice cream on the Gulf Coast. Anna Maria is a quiet, laid-back community where casual comfort prevails. Join the natives who bicycle everywhere or hop on the trolley just blocks from the house and travel free anywhere on the island. At the southern tip of Anna Maria, you can connect with another trolly and for $1.00 travel all the way to Saint Armands Circle in Sarasota. This truly is the perfect spot to escape the frozen north or the hustle and bustle of the big city.

Watch the sunset from one of several restaurants situated right on the Gulf of Mexico, enjoy a grouper sandwich out on one of two piers, stroll to the Waterfront Restaurant which overlooks Tampa Bay or Rotten Ralph's at the nearby marina.

Thanksgiving week each year is $2950. A $1000 deposit is required to secure your reservation. Major credit cards are accepted. If you must cancel your reservation, your deposit will be refunded when the house is rebooked for the same time period. We do accept reservations beginning and ending on any day of the week. There is a $100 cleaning fee for bookings less than two weeks. Check-in time is 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM.
