The Beach House is a Key West style design with large wrap-around porches upstairs and boardwalks & decks downstairs. It is just a 2 to 3 minute walk to the white sand beaches located on the very northern tip of the Island. From the driveway you can see where the street dead-ends into the Gulf of Mexico. You are also within walking distance to more than a dozen restaurants, including a number of bars,night spots, and shopping. 
 
The home has a designer "fully-equipped" kitchen with granite counter tops and all-wood cabinets. High-speed Internet access is provided with a wireless hub and includes a desktop computer and printer / fax on-site. Free long distance service is also provided. The upstairs Living Room / Dining area and hallway have beautiful wood floors, with new carpeting in the bedrooms. The Master has a King size bed with a private Bathroom and a balcony overlooking the pool.  
 
There is a Queen in the second Master, with French doors that open out onto the upstairs large rear balcony overlooking the pool & backyard. The third upstairs bedroom is also quite spacious and has extra large - thick mattress bunk beds (Twin over Full) and an Infant / Toddler Bed that could sleep 3 to 4 children.  
 
The second upstairs bathroom is shared off the hallway. The fourth Bedroom is located downstairs and includes a large Queen Murphy Bed and another set of regular bunk beds (Twin over Twin). This bedroom has a private Bathroom as well and also has a full size crib for babies. Basically, the fourth bedroom alone could accommodate a complete family in itself. 
 
The downstairs area includes a Laundry Room, Office / Computer Work Center, Game Room (with a pool table, air hockey table, foosball table, electronic dart board), a 50" Plasma TV with surround sound stereo, a fireplace, a ping pong table, numerous board games, and more. All of the bedrooms have their own TV and stereo systems. We have a variety of TV channels, sports and movie channels, plus we have Netflix for downloading unlimited number of movies and television programs. 
 
This is a great place for the kids to hang out, as well as for the whole family to enjoy. Outdoor activities include a private heated pool and a separate Jacuzzi. A master BBQ grilling area, an Outside Kitchen, a double door refrigerator, hot & cold sink, etc. There are 12 plus bicycles provided for riding around the island, there is fishing gear, crocket for the backyard, a large hammock, skim boards, boogie boards, beach towels, beach chairs, a hot & cold outdoor shower, and much more. 
 
This home offers everything for that well deserved relaxing family vacation in an "executive" luxurious lifestyle unmatched on the island. 
 
As an added adventure for your vacation – we have a Pontoon Boat which you can rent out and use during your stay - The boat is a 26’ Odyssey Triton Pontoon Boat and can handle up to 16 passengers. Triton means it has three flotation chambers instead of the normal two. It is one of the best pontoons made and is extremely safe and sea worthy. It is docked on Anna Maria Island and less than a 10 minute drive from the Beach House. It has a Refrigerator, a large cooler, fresh water sink & shower, a changing room / bathroom, seating for 16 passengers, tables, CD / stereo system, swim ladder, running lights, etc. We offer guests a special discount and you can rent the boat for $200 a day plus gas. You can take it cruising / sight-seeing or fishing or both, we have mapped out several great excursion routes so you don’t have to hunt for a route. If you want someone to handle the boat for you, the “captain” is just another $100 for an entire day on the boat and he will take you cruising, fishing, exploring secluded beaches in the area, and much more !

We have a Spa area located downstairs that has a Steam Bath, a Swedish Dry Sauna, and a shower area. Each Bedroom has a TV, a stereo system, alarm clock, and closet hangers. The Bunk Bedroom also has an X-box game console. We provide high-speed Internet service with wireless connectivity throughout the house (all at no extra charge). TV service has numerous channels, sports, movies, etc. and we also have Netflix for downloading an unlimited number of movies and TV programs. The office area has a computer, printer / fax, desk area, and reading books. The home has ceiling fans, whole-house AC, plenty of linens, beach towels, and more. We provide soap, laundry detergent, firewood, and a Welcome Basket. For entertainment, we have numerous board games, beach and pool toys, a Pool Table, an Air Hockey Table, Foosball Table, Ping Pong Table, and electronic darts. We also provide fishing gear, coolers, beach chairs, boogie & skim boards.

Anna Maria Island is located off the West Coast of Bradenton / Sarasota area. The vacation home is less than a 3 minmute walk to the Gulf of Mexico beaches and you can see the entrance to the beach from the end of the driveway !

To make a reservation, we offer two payment options. The first is a multiple payment plan where we usually set-up 4 to 5 or more payments (there are no extra fees or charges applied) and you can make payments between the time you reserved and be fully paid-up prior to your arrival. Note that we do not charge for Security Deposits - we are on the "honor system". There are NO additional fees or deposits for pets. The second option is a "discount" for paying in full at time of reservation. This depends on how far out your reservation is and the discount will range from 5% to 10% off the total reservation cost. We have a simple reservation form that we email you to confirm your stay and we accept credit cards, debit cards, personal and company checks.
