Accommodation
There are eight beds in five bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a dining room and a family room continuous with the kitchen breakfast room. All rooms are fitted with cable TV. Outside is a generous south facing, private pool deck surrounding a large 30ft x 15 ft swimming pool and spa to relax in after a day at the parks. The pool is not overlooked from the rear and has Florida glass (opaque screening) for extra privacy. Part of the deck is roofed over to provide shade if you should need it. In the evening, enjoy a drink by the pool, watching the sun go down and the evening wildlife come out from the nearby lake. Or head off to one of the many great restaurants located nearby,..... or go back to Disney for the evening firework display !
The house has air conditioning /central heating, in over 2,300 square feet of living area. Therefore all the rooms are generous. The lounge has luxurious sofas and arm chairs and its own HD TV, DVD, radio, video and CD player. There is also a selection of DVDs, CDs, books and games suitable for all ages available. An I pod docking station is provided in case you want to bring your own music. There is a games room in the garage with foosball and air hockey tables. All the TVs in the house (6 in all) have cable including Fox and ESPN sport and are equipped with AV sockets at the front for easy connection to video games, etc. The large very well equipped kitchen area with its own table and chairs opens on to the family room. There is a separate area with a washing machine and tumble drier. The formal dining area has a large glass topped table that will easily seat 6 if you chose to eat inside instead of out doors at the patio table.
Downstairs, the en-suite master bedroom has a king bed and its bathroom has a shower and bath. The second bedroom has twin beds with its own bathroom with a shower suitable for someone with mobility problems (fitted handrails and an integral seat). Upstairs there is a second en-suite master bedroom with a queen bed, and bedrooms 4 and 5 both have twin beds and share a bathroom. All the bedrooms have their own cable TVs. The Mickey Mouse room has the Playstation 2 set up with a selection of games, although the Playstation can be used in any of the rooms. All the bathrooms have showers. Cots are available on request and bedding is provided in the house. There is 1 high chair and stroller available.
The pool area, as well as having the large pool also has a spa to ease those aching feet after those tiring days in the parks. The pool is not overlooked from the rear and has Florida Glass (opaque screening) for extra privacy. Pool heating is available on request. The south facing aspect ensures you can enjoy the afternoon sun and top up that tan. The patio table seats 6 with sun-loungers available for those wishing to continue sunbathing. Families with young children need not worry about pool safety -there is a secure pool fence to prevent accidents.

Pool heating is optional but highly recommended October to April inclusive. Charged at the rate of $210/week (£130/week) or $30/day (£18.60/day) All rentals are inclusive of all taxes and cleaning Stays of less than 5 nights will be charged an additional cleaning charge of $110. Extra cleaning can be arranged on request. There is a high chair, cot bedding and a buggy available in the villa. Additional nights are charged pro-rata. A deposit of £100 / $200 per week or part thereof, plus a completed booking form is required to secure a booking. Your booking will be held for 7 days until your deposit is received. If the booking is made within 8 weeks of the start of your booking, the full amount is payable immediately. A security deposit of £150 / $250 is due along with the final balance 8 weeks prior to arrival. The security deposit is fully refundable pending an inspection from our management company.
