The Riches family invite you to stay in Florida Palms at Glenbrook Resort. Completed in 2005, this privately-owned stunning detached, air conditioned, single storey, 4 bedroom Florida Villa is luxuriously furnished and equipped to the highest standards, designed to make your Florida experience a truly memorable occasion for all ages. It offers more space and more opportunities than any hotel room ever could. 
 
Located on a new resort development, an easy 45 minutes drive from Orlando International Airport, the house is just off US 27, approx 1 mile north of the Highway 192 towards Clermont. On the 192 you will find restaurants to suit every taste, shops galore and the main route to the theme parks. Disney is less than 10 minutes away. 
 
You are invited to relax, and enjoy your own private, screened, heated 26'x 13' swimming pool with walk-in steps, together with the raised jetted Jacuzzi / Spa. These are surrounded by an extended deck with luxury recliners which allow you to experience the all year round sun. This combination of north facing pool and extended deck provide both sun and shade all day long. The pool is complete with a thermally efficient cover to minimise heat loss and a bathroom is conveniently located by the pool door. A safety fence is fitted for your piece of mind. 
 
The pool uses a salt based system minimising the use of traditional chemicals and making it kinder to your skin which is ideal for young children with sensitive skin.  
 
The Living Room 
The spacious open plan tiled living room, with a double height cathedral ceiling, comprises a luxurious furnished lounge and dining area capable of seating 8 guests along with a fully equipped kitchen and utility area. Double patio doors lead out to the pool. The lounge is equipped with a home theatre system comprising 32" TV, DVD, Video, Surround Sound and X-Box. A selection of CD's, DVD's and games has been added for your enjoyment. Free local, national and international (to some destinations) telephone calls plus cable and wireless broadband included.  
 
Kitchen  
The fully equipped kitchen comprises oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge / freezer with ice-maker, coffee maker, kettle and tea pot plus all the catering needs for a party of eight, the breakfast bar has stools for two. 
 
Master Bedroom  
There are two really special master bedrooms with king size beds; one having views of the pool, the other at the front of the villa. Both have en-suite bathrooms with walk-in shower, large bath and his 'n' hers vanity units and walk-in closets. Both have TV's  
 
Twin Bedroom  
There are two twin rooms with closets, TV's and DVD players. These share the third bathroom, adjacent to which is a washing machine and tumble dryer facility.  
 
Games Room  
The double garage has been converted to a games room with 7' pool table, football table and electronic dart board whilst leaving room to park one car inside if you so desire.
