The spacious main living area has a high vaulted cathedral ceiling with a large paddle fan and ample seating. Cable flat screen HD television, DVD and a hi-fi system have been installed.

The modern fully fitted open plan kitchen contains an American style fridge freezer, full sized oven and hob with extractor fan, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher and waste disposal unit. Adjoining the kitchen is a breakfast nook with table and four chairs overlooking the deck/swimming pool. The property also has a formal dining area overlooking the attractive front garden. Full laundry facilities are found in the utility room. The home is well equipped with ample bed linen, towels (you only need bring your beach towels), flannels, crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils.

The bedrooms consist of one master containing a king size four poster bed and three other bedrooms - a queen, a double and a twin, the latter decorated in a Disney theme. The suite in the lounge converts to a sleeper enabling the villa to comfortably sleep 10 guests. All bedrooms have TV - three are TV/DVD combis.

There are three bathrooms. An en-suite off the master bedroom with large shower cubicle and separate corner bath and a further two bathrooms with over bath showers.

All bedrooms have ample storage facilities with plenty of spare linen. All towels and flannels are provided for use in the villa including a supply of white towels for the pool area. Please remember to bring your beach towels for the theme parks and beach visits though!

All TVs have been set up to receive independent Cable Television – different channels can be viewed simultaneously. DVDs may be hired from local stores.

The private oversized private pool (30’ x 15’) and deck area is at the rear of the property which faces South West and therefore benefits from the sun throughout the day. The pool has easy to negotiate steps, underwater lighting, integral seating, a double fountain feature and is not overlooked. Electric pool heating is available if required or if you feel it necessary (e.g. during the winter months). The large covered lanai and deck area is equipped with luxury deep padded "Palm Casual" pool furniture (poolside tables, chairs, sun loungers and footstools). The paddle fan/light feature situated in the lanai means you can escape the sun during the hottest part of the day but also relax in the evening. Underwater lighting adds a relaxing ambience to evening bathing - what better way to unwind after a long day exploring the theme parks! The pool deck area is totally screened in fine mesh to let the sun in and keep the insects out and is surrounded by tropical planting.

Access to the pool is from the main living area, the master bedroom and bedroom 4. As a safety feature we provide non-breakable crockery and glasses for use when dining al fresco.

For your total peace of mind the property has a fire alarm, fire extinguisher, fire blanket, security system, emergency lighting, smoke detectors and first aid kit.

Sarnia is a non-smoking home. For those guests wishing to smoke we ask that you do so outside.
