With free golf on all executive courses that's over 22 courses all for free, plus champion golf courses like Arnold Palmer and Nancy Lopaz. 500 different clubs and activities with free nightly entertainment two town squares, makes The Villages a wonderful holiday spot. Our home is in the Village of Polo Ridge, yes, right across from the polo fields. So much to do that you will want to come back year after year. Our home features two large bedrooms with queen size beds. The master bedroom has an ensuite and a large walk in closet with lots of extra shelving. We have a large eat-in size kitchen. Extra full bathroom comes in very handy. Separate living room and dinning room, lots of space to enjoy. Solar panels brighten our home making your stay bright and sunny. Our large lot and private garage gives you lots of privacy and parking for a car and our golf cart.

During high season minimal rental periods apply, during low rental season, golf cart not included in price, rental fee will apply. One time cleaning fee of $75. Most activities are free with your guest card and to play golf for free, a one time fee of $50 will get you a resident card, which we will help you arrange.
