There are no traffic lights, no blinking lights, and has a 2 lane road through town. This home is located on a double lot filled with orange, grapefruit, lemon, fig, and avacado trees. A comfortable sunroom for relaxing and an extra large master bedroom with private bath and separate entrance will give you complete privacy. A french-door refrigerator/freezer completes the kitchen. The electric stove is a glass-top with full-size over. Of course, any well appointed kitchen would not be complete without a dishwasher. The living area boasts a 55" TV and comfortable seating.
A detached 2-car garage is accessible via a covered walkway. For those who love to fish, Tracy's Point is a short walk. It has a fishing pier and boats for rent. It has a full service bait shop so you only need to bring your pole or rod & reel. Also in the neighborhood is Harbor Lights Restaurant providing a vast buffet and beautiful lake view and full bar. If rustic dining is more your style, Catfish Johnny's is less than a mile away. Musical entertainment is offered certain nights. For the golfer, The Villages is about 12 miles away and hosts numerous golf courses, day activies, night socials, and numerous restaurants. The Villages offers something every day.
Antique shopping is readily available throughout the area. Mount Dora is known for its unique shops and downtown browzing. A nice way to spend a lazy day.
For the adventurous, Busch Gardens is about one hour away via I-75/I-275. Gulf Coast beaches are pristine and the water is just fine. Beaches are all along the coast including Treasure Island, Clearwater Beach, Dunedin, Honeymoon Island, St. Petersburg Beach and many others. Manatees can be seen at Rainbow Springs. You will not run out of things to do!
Silver Springs is about 40 minutes north. In addition to its famous glass-bottom boats, the park also has a variety of world-famous groups entertaining the crowds.
Mickey Mouse is only about an hour east. Days could be spent sampling the many activities that abound in Orlando including Sea World.
For the truly ambitious, drive to Fort Myers Beach and board the fast boat to Key West, just for the day or for several days. Your choice! Key West is a lively beach town with awesome sunsets. It is the southern most point in the United States.
