A front porch, with white wicker chairs, welcomes you to this special home with its open floor plan, extensive detailing, accent painted walls and five ceiling fans. Kitchen, living and dining rooms boasts vaulted ceilings.
The living room is furnished with 2 full size, leather sofas and an entertainment center which houses a 27 inch flat screen Sony television with DVD and VCR player. The dining room seats six. The master bedroom has a private bath with 2 sinks, 2 closets and a large, walk-in, tiled shower. It is furnished with a King size bed, luxury linens and its own television. The guest bedroom in furnished with a queen size bed. the third bedroom is furnished as a den with a sofa converting into a queen size bed, writing desk, high speed internet service and third television set. The kitchen is full stocked with high quality utensils and appliances. The private lanai looks out over a farm and is furnished with a patio set and four cushioned chairs. The 2-car garage, with its electric door opener, houses an electric, two - seater golf which golf cart which is available for our guests.

In order that our guests not miss an opportunity to enjoy all of the activities offered in The Villages, we even have the daily newspaper delivered to home.
Activities
The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55 years plus. It is also a golf cart community and just about everything is available via a golf cart ride. The home is ideally located within walking distance of an adult pool or community center with its family pool, boccie and shuffleboard courts, tennis, pickle ball and horseshoes.
Golf can be played on 27 executive and 8 championship courses all located within The Villages. Sumter Landing, one of two town squares, is only 1-1/2 miles from the house and offers shopping, restaurants, movie theaters and nightly live entertainment. The Villages has often been described as a "Disney Land" for adults.

This vacation home is located in an ideal location. From the driveway of the home, it is a 1-1/2 mile golf cart ride to Sumter Landing with its free, live, nightly entertainment; restaurants, theatres and shopping. An adult swimming pool and a community center with a family pool and numerous activities are within 1/2 mile of the home. Numerous golf courses are also nearby.
