Vacation Rental Description

Comfortable family house on beautiful white sand bottom freshwater lake. Great views from porch, deck and dock. Enjoy a white sand beach while relaxing in the beautiful Florida sun.
Centrally located near Orlando,Tampa, family attractions, golf courses and east and west coast beaches. Fifteen minutes from The Villages and all the activities available there.
House is fully equipped with comfortable furniture, towels and bed linens. The living room has seating for at least 6 and dining area for 6. We have a 37 inch flat screen HD Direct TV with DVR in the living area and Direct TV in 2 bedrooms.
One full bath upstairs with shower and tub seperated from sink area.
Half bath on main floor.
Kitchen fully equipped with all the necessities.

A $300.00 deposit is required to hold rental on reservation. This will be used as a damage deposit and will be returned after departure and inspection. The deposit of $300 in nonrefundable if cancellation occures 60 days before rental.
