This gorgeous amarillo sytle ranch home is located on the 8th tee box of the Tally Ho golf course ( part of Glenview Country Club). This is also a pond view which attracts many type of Floridian birds. 
There is a huge covered lanai with gas grill and an even larger bird cage attached. 
Florida landscape with massive palm trees. Home is about 1400 sq. ft includes 3 bedrooms, one is set up as a den with desk and internet service provided by comcast cable. The guest bedroom is down the hall and there is the 2nd bathroom between the 2 rooms, plus a lock off pocket door in that area of the house for privacy. 
Master bedroom is on the other side of the house with full bathroom and large closet area. 
Inside laundry room with washer/dryer. Screened in front porch is also a nice feature. 
2 car attached garage . We include an electric golf cart for your usage with sunbrella curtains. 
Home is fully furnished and supplied with everything necessary to make your stay enjoyable. 
The Resident ID cards are $50 per rental period and covers 2 persons in the home allowing you to join many of the activities meant for owners of the homes. It also allows you to receive resident rates for golfing on the 9 championship golf courses and free golfing on the 24+ executive golf courses, You just pay the trail fee for the golf cart. Shopping is plentiful with many grocery stores nearby and all of the restaurants you could possibly want to go to!! The Villages is located about 1 hour north of the Orlando Airport/Disney area.

There are numerous recreation facilities throughout The Villages with swimming pools, tennis courts, bocci courts, horseshoes, and the like. Inside the recreation facilites there are billiard rooms and card rooms plus large entertainment rooms where many of the acitvities in the villages take place. The shopping areas host stores such as: Pier 1, Target, Best Buy, Kohls, Bealls, Belks, Walmart, Bed Bath and Beyond. The many restaurants include Red Lobster, Chilies, Olive Garden, Carabbas,Outback, Lonestar and many many more within a 10 minute drive from the house, plus all of the country clubs (9) have restaurants and pro shops.

There are Kayaking clubs as well as all of the other 500+ clubs for the Village Residents to enjoy. You are about 1 1/2 hour drive to Daytona Beach on the East Coast and 1 1/2 hour drive to Tampa beach area. 
Disney, Sea World in Orlando close as well as Busch Gardens in Tampa.
