This home is located a block off St. Cloud's waterfront. The newly renovated waterfront offers a wide concrete walking/biking trail. White sand beach with volleyball nets, picnic shelters, play ground area with water features, restaurant, banquet hall, restrooms, fishing, boating, boat ramp and wildlife site seeing. The home is just blocks away from downtown St. Cloud's historical district, close to Disney, Universal, Sea World, downtown Orlando and other attractions and just an hour away from Melbourne and Cocoa beaches.

No smokers and we prefer no pets, but will allow a dog 25 lbs. or less.
