Vista Dreams condo is 2 bedroom and 2 bath with 1144 square feet of perfection. Located in the Isles of Cay this condo can sleep 4 with comfort in mind. The unit is located in between the pool and the lake over which you are able to see the fireworks at SeaWorld from the balcony, as well as the pool area. There are . King bed in the master and a Queen beds in the 2nd bedroom with a convertible twin size chair bed, this unit can accommodate family and friends. The living room has a convertible queen size couch. There is a 32in screen TV in the living room with cable and TVs in both bedrooms. HBO and wireless high speed internet are included in the condo. Our fully furnished kitchen is equipped with all the modern day conveniences of a microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal, and full size appliances such as a stove, refrigerator with ice maker, coffee maker, iron with ironing board.

A non-refundable reservation deposit of 20% of the total amount with a minimum of $150.00 is due at the time of making the reservation. The balance is due no later than 6 weeks prior to your arrival. A copy of a valid driver’s license for person who has made the reservation will be need for verification. US residents - if full rental payment is not collected at time of reservation, the balance payment by personal check or credit card must be received 60 days prior to arrival, in order for funds to clear. There is a $50 fee for insufficient funds returned checks. Please note: there is a $50 processing fee
