The patio door leading out to the screened conservatory and pool area has a child alarm fitted if required to alert occupants if a child goes out to the pool area unsupervised. This can however be turned off if not required.
There are separate breakfast and dining areas off the kitchen which is itself fully equipped with cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher, and a laundry cupboard off the kitchen with washing and drying facilities.
