Vacation Rental Description
Our beautiful detached villa is situated in a quiet residential estate but only minutes from the new Champions Gate development where you will find shops, restaurants and a Bank together with numerous golf courses as well as all the Disney Theme Parks which are only a short 15 minute drive away. With three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large lounge and separate dining room, this private villa offers a secluded retreat where you can relax around the pool during the day with palm trees and white sand in the garden and which lights up at night. There is a screened conservatory which overlooks the pool so you can have your candelit dinner outside without the bugs eating you!!
Facilities
This property has a large master bedroom with a queen size bed, television, ceiling fan, walk-in wardrobe and en suite bathroom, two further bedrooms both with twin beds, and the living room area has a double sofabed. The patio door leading out to the screened conservatory and pool area has a child alarm fitted if required to alert occupants if a child goes out to the pool area unsupervised. This can however be turned off if not required. There are separate breakfast and dining areas off the kitchen which is itself fully equipped with cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher, and a laundry cupboard off the kitchen with washing and drying facilities.
Activities
Staying at Sunshine Oasis for your vacation means that you are always only a 15 minute car journey away from the Interstate 4 exits off to the Disney Theme Parks and the US 192 with vast entertainment facilities such as crazy golf courses, family restaurants and shops galore! Universal and Sea World are a little bit further down the I4 but should only take you 30 mins by car to reach and are certainly well worth a visit. If you want to swim with the dolphins, then Discovery Cove is a must but please book early as places are limited. The price includes your whole day, swimming, snorkelling, and your food and drink!
When you are all exhausted from your days out, it is nice to get back to the villa to relax - you can even enjoy a late night swim or sit in the spa without any interruptions which is truly bliss for those aching limbs if you have walked the 5 or 6 miles around the Disney Parks - trust us, we've measured it!!

We ask for a holding deposit of some $200 to secure the dates and the balance is payable ten weeks before your vacation together with a security deposit also of $200 which is refundable to you once you leave the villa and upon us hearing from our Managing Agents that everything is in order. Payment may be made by credit card direct to our Managing Agents in Florida or by sterling cheque to the owners in the UK. Our Sunshine Oasis
We stayed at this property just as it came on the market for sale by the previous rental owners and we loved it so much, as soon as we got back to the UK, we put in an offer which was accepted. We had previously stayed in Hotels when abroad and this was the first time that we had rented a villa - it was so nice to be your own boss as to when you ate, played and slept; the pool is your own and is totally secluded from the neighbours. It is also fairly unique for America in that the pool is not screened. Some people may prefer a screened pool of course but it was the one thing that impressed us to rent it in the first place. It is such a nice relaxing atmosphere away from all the hustle and bustle of crowds of holidaymakers but only 15 minutes in the car to the Disney Theme Parks and the infamous US192 with shops, family restaurants, crazy golf, fun and games. So the action is never too far away!
