$200.00 Non-refundable deposit is required within 14 days of reserving our home. This deposit is applied toward your balance.
Balance is due 40 days prior to your check-in date.
Cancellations prior to 40 days of check-in date will have all funds refunded minus the $200.00 deposit.
Cancellations after 40 days to check-in date will have no refund given. This applies to reservations made within 30 days of your check-in date.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Personal Checks and Money Orders.

$90.00 cleaning fee is added for stays less than 6 nights. Stays 6 nights or longer cleaning fee is waived.

Pool or Pool/jacuzzi heat can be added at an additional $25.00 per night.

All quotes will have the tax rate of 12% added.

No pets or smoking allowed in the homes.
