The High Grove Community is located in the epicenter of the Central Florida experience. Located just minutes away from golfing, (including the Champions Gate Golf Resort), world class shopping, fine restaurants, fast food restaurants, Wal-Mart Super Center and Publix groceries. 
Universal Studios is a short 20 minute drive. The community has 24 hour security, clubhouse, children’s park and a sports lounge. Hiking and bicycling are a short distance away. High Grove is a true “resort” style community.

    $200.00 Non-refundable deposit is required within 14 days of reserving our home. This deposit is applied toward your balance. Balance is due 40 days prior to your check-in date. Cancellations prior to 40 days of check-in date will have all funds refunded minus the $200.00 deposit. Cancellations after 40 days to check-in date will have no refund given. This applies to reservations made within 30 days of your check-in date. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Personal Checks and Money Orders. $90.00 cleaning fee is added for stays less than 6 nights. Stays 6 nights or longer cleaning fee is waived. Pool or Pool/jacuzzi heat can be added at an additional $25.00 per night. All quotes will have the tax rate of 12% added. No pets or smoking allowed in the homes.
