This spacious 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo is located in Ventura Country Club just 5 miles north of the International airport and 15 minutes from downtown. It has an eat-in kitchen with all the appliances including a washer and dryer. The condo is fully furnished and equipped for your convenience. The attractions are conveniently located and an easy journey. All living space is on the first floor. All our properties are non-smoking but we have a screened in porch area with seating for your comfort. Ventura has many amenities for your enjoyment. If you just want to relax this is the place to be. Cable TV has many channels. Golf rates are extremely good value at Ventura. Please ask pro shop about current rates - they change a few times a year 407 277 2640. Ventura is a 500 acre gated community manned 24 hours a day for your security. There is an on site 18 hole golf course with preferential rates for our guests, restaurant, bar, basketball, pools, tennis, jogging. Ventura is very conveniently located for the attractions at Disney, Sea World etc, the beaches on the Atlantic coast and the Gulf coast. We are accessible for I-4, Beach line, 408, 417, Turnpike, Greenway etc. The airport is just 5 miles south of Ventura and we have numerous shops, restaurants, bank etc within 2 minutes of the condo

    • Ventura Country Club is a tropical gated golf resort away from the busy theme parks. Relax at either pool, have a nice meal at the club house or a drink at either their indoor or outdoor bar area.Ventura's convenient location will bring you just in a short time to all major theme parks like Disney, Universal or Sea World. A great place for a nice family vacation. The condo recently underwent a $1M exterior renovation which included the beautiful heated pool and spa.

The rent per week/7 nights is US-$499.00 all year around(except Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas + New Year (650.00/week). Tax of 12.5% is not included and will be added(no other fees, no cleaning fees, all inclusive.) Monthly rentals are also available upon request. (Jan/Feb/March Snowbird Specials - also corporate leasing). Security deposit : $150.00(1-3 week rental) and $ 300.00(4 weeks + rental). European guests: EUR- € 150.00(1-2 week rental) and € 300.00(3-4 week rental). Visitors from Europe can transfer the security deposit into a German bank account. Visitors from other countries(outside the US) will be able to pay the security deposit by credit-card.
