Our 3 Bedroom/3.5 Bath beautifully decorated townhome is located next to the Orange County Convention Center in one of Orlando’s newest resorts, Vista Cay. Providing upscale accommodations for the executive as well as the vacation traveler. Our centrally located vacation home is perfectly situated with close proximity to many of Orlando’s major attractions.  
 
When staying in Orlando, location is everything. This brand new Orlando vacation home is conveniently located on Universal Boulevard within 1/8 mile of Orlando’s Convention Center and the Shingle Creek Convention Center and Golf Course. Universal Studios/Island of Adventure, City Walk, Sea World, and Wet n Wild are each just 3 minutes away. Disney World and the Orlando International Airport are just a short 10 minute drive. Orlando’s exciting International Drive is within 1/4 mile.  
 
After completing an active day of business or visiting the local attractions, spend your evening in our peaceful, gated Orlando resort community. Take a dip in the community pool, work out in the fitness center, or just enjoy a quiet snack prepared in your own complete kitchen. Perhaps you want a little more excitement in your evening. The first floor of this exceptional Florida vacation home includes a garage, inviting foyer, laundry closet with full size washer/dryer/ironing board and iron, and a King suite with adjoining bathroom and patio. The second floor boasts a fully stocked kitchen complete with full size appliances, a half bath, and a tastefully decorated dining room and living room. The third floor houses the master king suite with adjoining bathroom and walk in closet as well as a twin suite, also ensuite. All mattresses are hotel quality Sealy Posturepedic, UltraPlush mattresses perfect for a restful night's sleep. The Queen Sleeper Sofa in the living room may also be utilized to provide a total sleeping space for 8 people. Linens are, of course, provided.  
 
The beautiful Vista Cay Resort that houses our townhome is a world-class gated community. Vista Cay amenities include a clubhouse complete with theater, video library, concierge, fitness center, resort-style swimming pool with multi-level deck space, children's pool, and basketball court all with a view of beautiful Lake Cay.
