NEWS! Harry Potter is now open at Universal!! Epcots fireworks this year are incredible! Universal has a new ENORMOUS stage for awesome concerts, a new mega-choose your music roller coaster too. Universal also recently opened the new Simpson's Ride (formerly Back to the Future) Sea World just opened their new Water Park AQUATICA and they have a new roller coaster too. Only 1 mile from the townhouse to either park. Shortcut to Disney gets you there in 5 minutes. 
 
Decorated in a fresh tropical style to chase your cares away. Fabulous sunsets right in front of you on the lake. See fantastic fireworks from Disney, Epcot and Magic Kingdom reflect over the lake. Universal fireworks are on the other lake side and Sea World fireworks can be watched from the upstairs balcony. I'm not kidding about being centered between all the parks. 
 
Feels like home, cozy - quiet area right next to a bustling and fun resort that has a huge lobby with brochures, deli, mini-mart, spa and shows. Best of both worlds. Location is absolutely awesome. Every guest who has stayed here tells me they LOVE the location. You are literally 5 minutes from the parks and on a lake no less.

The large bedroom UPSTAIRS has two queen beds, walk-in closet, balcony, and television with DVD player and full bath. The master downstairs has a queen bed with full bath. The family room has 
a two story vaulted ceiling with wonderful light and views. 
 
The resort style living that is yours includes: The Smokehouse Grill, a top rated ribs and seafood Restaurant, Pizza Hut, bakery, deli, espresso bar, grocery, arcade, babysitting (call or e-mail me for sitter arrangements), gift shop, ATM, white sandy beach, giant Mickey Mouse shaped pool & hot tub, lighted tennis courts, full service SPA (wouldn't you love a pedicure after a day in the park?) and a special White Tiger Show! Spa services, and shows are fee for service. 
 
No hidden fees. No cleaning fees. Pet fee is $50 + $10/night. One small pet permitted.(25lbs or less) Please let me know in advance if you want internet. Internet service is optional at @$2 per night.
