NEWS! Universal recently opened the new Simpson's Ride. Universal is offering a special rate for both parks on line right now. Sea World just opened their new Water Park AQUATICA this summer 2008. Only 1-2 mile from the townhouses to either park. Shortcut to Disney gets you there in 5-10 minutes. 
 
This beautiful townhouse has just been completely updated from top to bottom with attractive & comfortable furnishings and all you need including beach towels. Refresh in the huge Mickey Mouse shaped pool & spa on the lake. Wonderful soaring ceilings, fantastic views, and lots of room. In the heart of the attractions, the townhome is in a quiet private setting, right next to a bustling and fun resort where you may enjoy the restaurant, deli, gift shops, Disney planning center, brochures, spa, art gallery, and White Tiger Show. Just steps to the famous Smokehouse Grill restaurant (under 12 eat free), Pizza Hut and game archade too. 
 
This location is absolutely excellent. Every guest who has stayed here tells me they LOVE the location. You are literally 5 minutes from the parks and on a lake no less. Fireworks from Disney reflect in the lake. 
 
PRIME LOCATION! Stock up to save money at the new Super Wal-Mart just 2 blocks away, or check out the giant Whole Foods Store with ready meals from countries around the world.  
 
Townhouse description: The large bedroom UPSTAIRS has two luxury queen beds, walk-in closet, balcony, television with DVD player. The spacious DOWNSTAIRS bedroom has a private full bath, and separate entrance from outside and to the main unit affording privacy, TV and DVD player. Just redecorated.  
 
LIVING AREA: Living room features a two story vaulted ceiling, beautiful view of the water, breakfast area, kitchen (range, oven, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, dishes, glasses, pots/pans. Television and DVD player. SLEEPS six comfortably.  
 
Will accept small pet (under 15lbs) with $50 pet fee.  
No smoking inside, but patio and balcony areas are ok.

    Hi Gayle,
    We just got back home today and I wanted to thank you for how well everything went during our stay in Orlando. The Christmas decorations were greatly appreciated and the kids loved the stuffed animals. The townhouse was clean and the space suited our needs really well.
