4 bedroom luxury Mediterranean style villa with it's own private swimming pool and spa. Sleeps up to 10 people. Located at High Grove resort, a gated community on the US27 at the junction with the US192. Only 10 minutes to Disney and close to shops and restaurants, a new Wal-Mart opened just half mile away. Orlando airport is approximately 30 minutes away. In addition to the standard features the villa also includes play station 2 plus games, games room with pool table and air hockey. Description: Our villa is a two story home furnished to a high standard by professional interior designers. The ground floor is an open plan style which is spacious, light and airy. There is a comfortable lounge area with TV with satellite TV, DVD player and CD player. The private swimming pool and spa can be accessed via sliding doors leading from this room. The pool and spa provide ideal relaxation at the end of a hectic day visiting theme parks or why not spend a whole day relaxing in between trips to the various attractions Orlando has to offer. A ground floor bathroom leads directly off of the pool area for your convenience. All doors leading to the pool area are alarmed to alert you if your children attempt to go to the pool without your knowledge. The dining area overlooks the pool and deck area. The kitchen has everything that you are likely to need. Fully equipped laundry room means that you do not have to bring quite so many clothes leaving room in the suitcases to take home all those bargains from your shopping trips!!! Upstairs there are four bedrooms, all with fitted wardrobe and one with en-suite facilities. All bedrooms have TVs three with satellite TV one with play station 2. The villa is located within a gated community which also has a club house with community pool and sports lounge giving you and your family the opportunity to meet new friends whilst staying at the villa. We provide a guest book asking for your comments on how we can improve our services to our guests because we want to continually improve the services that we provide. 
You can rent this home as a three or four bedroom home. 1-8 people 3 bedroom / 1-10 people 4 bedroom. We also have five six and seven bedroom homes.

    • We have homes with lots of amenities. Some have a club house and community pool in addition to your home having it's own private pool. We have homes on the golf course, some back to a lake for nice views. We have homes with privacy fences for total privacy. There's plenty to do in the area of the homes.
