    * Confirmed Booking beyond 90 days receive a 10% discount. Please inquire. * A cleaning fee of $50.00 is charged to all stays less then 6 nights. A Booking Confirmation and Rental Agreement will be sent either via the U.S. Postal system or email. Reservations made verbally or via email will be held for 3 business days for U.S. Guests or 5 business days for International Guests. A refundable security deposit of $250 is required to secure any reservation. The deposit is returned within 10 business days from the departure date upon satisfactory inspection at check out. Payment for the condo rental is due in full at least 28 days prior to check-in date for U.S. Guests and 6 weeks for International Guests or long term rentals. We accept all major credit cards and PayPal.
