This luxury self-catering villa is situated on an executive Golf club called Huntingdon Hills. It offers all its facilities - Private swimming pool with sun beds and door to bathroom, also communual pool just across the street if you feel like socializing. The communial area also boasts a gym, club house with restaurant and bar facilities. The kitchen is fully equipped with a washer/dryer in garage. The is a security gate and my local colleague lives nearby. Shopping is everywhere in Lakeland from outlets to top stores at the Lakeland Square Mall, which is less than 10 minutes away. All theme parkes are only 40-50 minutes drive. Orlando and Tampa airports are just 50 minutes. How central can you get? you can get to the gulf or the ocean easily and enjoy the day. Take advantage of all the restaurants that are rarely full or the shopping which is not over inflated for tourists. Lakeland is one of those hidden jems that tourists are yet to find in large numbers. Disney, Universal, seaworld, Busch Gardens are all easily available, but Huntingdon Hills is American living in the most luxurous way.

As mentioned before all the area attractions are 60 minutes or less away. Beaches - Tampa - 30-40 minutes, and the Ocean about 90 minutes. Drive to NASA space centre - 90 minutes and then just 30 minutes down the A1A to Cocoa Beach and spent a night to enjoy the Ocean. Or just lounge at the villa soaking up your private pool area or playing Golf on a top course. If you enjoy bird watching or critter spotting - this is the place with all sorts of amazing wildlife to spot from your door. As the name indicates, Lakeland is full of lakes with wonderful views and walks. Downtown lakeland boasts an antique district, museum, Library and much more. South Lakeland is yet another area for shopping either at top named stores or rummaging around at discount shops. Again all the well known restaurants are available and recently built Cinema.

				High Season Price:	$125 per Day

Price is per night for the villa maximum 6 people. minimum 7 nights. 10% deposit is usually required, and pay the remainder on arival. Special rates of long term rentals, over 16 days. July/August - $125 per night remainder of the year $110 per night. Cash or Travellers checks please, will be collected by my local colleague, after you arrive.
