May 16-Sep 15 .. $375/night .. $850/weekend* ........ $1850/week. *Weekend is Friday Noon through Sunday at 3PM. When weeks or weekends contain a Holiday rental rates will be higher. Note: Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice. A damage deposit and $100.00 cleaning charge apply to all rentals. This is a NON-SMOKING property! Smoking is not permitted within the home or on the screend porch. You are welcome to smoke outside the home or on the dock. Please place all cigarette waste in the proper trash bin. Thank you!!
