This is a two-bedroom/two-bathroom ranch style house with an oversized two-car garage. For your convenience, the automatic garage door has two openers. The house is fully air-conditioned and has central heating. The house has ceramic tiles throughout. Lighted ceiling fans are located in all rooms. The ceiling fans in the living room and dining room are remote controlled. The master bedroom features a very comfortable king size Serta Mystic Elite pillowtop mattress, 100% cotton sheets, a walk-in closet with iron and ironing board and it's own private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom is bright and sunny with a view of the back lawn in the rear of the house. It has a queen-size Simmons Perfect Sleeper mattress. There's an adjacent guest bathroom with a bathtub and shower. 
The separate kitchen has been tastefully decorated and has a pass-thru opening to the dining room. The kitchen features new appliances, vaulted ceiling, hot air extraction system over the range and a double porcelain sink with an In-Sinkerator gargbage disposal system. The separate dining room is spacious and has a large dining room table that can comfortably accomodate six to eight persons. There is also a buffet with china and placemats etc. For avid golfers, the house is a short walking distance to Placid Lakes Golf Club.

The kitchen has just about everthing you would need, incluing a garbage disposal system, Weber Gas Grill, turkey fyer, coffee machine, electric kettle, Jack La Lanne Power Juicer, toaster, Showtime Rotisserie Oven, George Forman Grill, glassware and plenty of china. The washing machine and dryer are located in the large two-car garage that is attached to the house. A large utility sink is located in the garage and a 120' foot hose is available to wash your RV, Car, Boat or ATV. The property can accomodate cars, boats or an RV.

The house is located only twenty minutes from the famous Sebring International Race Track. The house is available for the Twelve Hours Of Sebring Event and American Le Mans race enthusiasts. This is a chance to witness one of the greatest sports car events in the world where Audi and Peugeot will once again battle it out for supremecy.
