Comfortable, split bedroom home with everything you need, except your own boat and golf clubs. Full updated kitchen with dishwasher, double sink, glass top stove, microwave, refrigerator with ice maker, plenty of cabinet space and pantry with all dishes, glasses, pots and pans, utensils, toaster, toaster oven, coffee pot and linens. Also has counter with 2 stools. Family room overlooking lake, couch, recliner, chair, TV, dvd/vcr player, stereo and cable. Dining room has table with up to 8 chairs. Living room has 2 chairs with a fireplace. Master bedroom has king size bed with extra TV with cable. Master bath has tub, sink, toilet and linen closet. 2 additional bedrooms - one with queen size bed and the other has a king size bed. Both next to 2nd bathroom which has a shower, sink and toilet. 2nd linen closet outside bedrooms and bath. Extra room next to Family room has futon which can sleep 2 extra people. Hallway with small extra closet leads to large washroom with washer and dryer and extra refrigerator. Garage where you can store up to one vehicle of your own. Porch with table and chairs overlooking lake and backyard.

The house itself is on a large maintained lot. Both back and front yards. Backyard leads to the beach, where you can relax or play. Or sit under the trees and read a good book. Dock with boat house included. This all overlooks beautiful Lake Placid which is over 3,000 acres where you can fish, swim, boat, use your jetski or waverunner.

This is a small town, but you have just about everything you need. Shopping and restaurants near downtown area. Hair salons, library, video rental. Several golf courses nearby. Sebring is only 16 miles north for larger stores and other restaurants, etc. Disney World, Orlando is only an hour away by car. There is also a train station in Sebring for your information. There are boat rental places nearby.

House Rental Rates Low Season Price : $2100 High Season Price : $2200 per Month		View Availability Calendar

Rental is from December to April. Monthly only. Rates are $2100 a month for 3 months minimum. Otherwise $2200 a month. Also there is a 9% required state tax. $100 is required up front. $400 remaining with signed contract - these are both non-refundable and applied to first months rent. There is a $600 security deposit. The remainder of all rent and taxes and security are due one month before occupancy. Rent includes yard maintenance, cable and electric up to the first $50. Telephone and internet are not included.
