HOME IS ON A QUIET STREET WITH BEAUTIFUL OAK TREE, AND ORANGE TREE. GOOD HOME FOR WINTER. LAKE PLACID IS A NICE QUIET CITY WITH FRIENDLY PEOPLE AND VERY RELAXING ATMOSPHERE. CLOSE TO SEBRING FOR CAR RACING 15 MINUTES AWAY OR CLOSE TO TAMPA AND ORLANDO ABOUT 1 1/2 HOURS AWAY FOR MANY THEME PARKS.
