Vacation Rental Description
A superior, well appointed detached 3 bedroom villa, ideally situated on a small private development, a premium location, enjoying a relaxed, peaceful setting, and yet so close to the attraction packed Highway 192, with its vast choice of shops, restaurants and entertainment. The 192 also provides easy access to Orlando’s main attractions, Disney World being a mere 15 minutes drive away. The accommodation comprises of a spacious lounge/dining room with 2x queen size sofa bed, additional family room and patio doors leading to the pool deck - perfect for al-fresco dining and relaxing in the sun.
There is a fitted kitchen, complete with breakfast table & chairs, and fully equipped with a full size cooker, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, fridge/freezer and waste disposal unit.
The large master bedroom has a Queen size bed and an en-suite bathroom with pool access. Two further bedrooms (1 with a set of bunk beds & 1 twin bed) & (1 with double bed), share the second bathroom. Laundry alcove with full size washer and tumble dryer, and access into the double garage.
Additional facilities include, crib, buggy, babies bedding, 3 hair dryers, hair straighter, and numerous games, D.V.D, Cable T.V. in all rooms, Towels, bed linen, lighting around pool area.
Holiday at our beautiful 3-bedroom villa in Orlando, Florida. Recently refurbished to the highest standards with all new Lounge furniture, new kitchen accessories, elegant bedroom furniture, linens and towels,
OUTSIDE: - Double garage, driveway, and parking.
POOL: - Our spacious, fully air-conditioned villa has it’s own private screened pool, backing onto a wooded conservation area. The pool is kidney shaped with steps leading into the shallow end, Underwater Pool Light means you can swim whatever time of day or night. Great after a day at the parks! Outdoor lighting ensures you can use the pool deck in the evening. All doors leading onto the pool deck are alarmed.
The patio furniture is top of the range, and Pool heat is available on request.
Smoking is restricted to pool terrace

Windward Cay is just 8 miles from World Drive, the entrance to Disney World, Epcot, Disney MGM Studios and Typhoon Lagoon.
The 47 square miles of Disney World are all connected by shuttle-bus, ferry and monorail. Disney Hopper Plus Passes, allow you to visit more than one of the 4 main Disney Theme Parks on the same day, and offer complimentary use of the Walt Disney World Transportation System.
Sea World, Discovery Cove, Universal Studios and the New Islands of Adventure Theme Park are all within 30 minutes drive away.
Universal Studios now offer 2 amazing theme parks, and non-stop nightlife. Experience the action and excitement of the movies at Universal Studious Theme Park and the incredible universe of myths, legends and Super Heroes at the new Islands of Adventure.

Our villa’s are situated on a prime well sort area off the 192 Marker 14 in Kissimmee; it is 2mins from the Wal-Mart store We are less than 1 hour from the beach and between 5 and 8 miles to all the main parks.
Travel Options
- Nearest Airport : Orlando Inernational at 20.5 miles distance;
- Nearest Town : Kissimmee at 4 miles distance
- Travel Info: Hiring a car is essential, and weekly rates are fairly reasonable. You can pick up your car at either airport. Orlando International is a half hour drive from the villa, whilst Sanford Airport is approximately an hour away. Most scheduled airlines, including Virgin, use Orlando International, ect use Sanford Airport.

Pool Heat £80.00/$160.00 Plus Security deposit = £150.00/$300.00 which is returnable 2 weeks after your vacation. A deposit of £100.00/$200.00per week will secure your booking once this is paid Final balance can be paid directly in to Bank of America 14days before your vacation. Or sterling to our UK bank 8 weeks before your vacation. This includes all US Tax's.. FREE use of safe along with FREE local calls. We do have 1xbuggys 1x cots 1x high chair, our villa is on one level, it is child friendly having a hard wired alarm set on patio door leading to the pool area which is Florida state law.

This is our second year in this villa. The Owners have made upgrades since last year making this villa even more lovely. Every convenience is available in this home. Very modern and good quality appliances and cookware. Lovely furnishings and decor. All the lastest technology is available in this Villa. Nothing has been left out. We have so enjoyed our stay and have booked for 2012 already. It is a delightful home and the Owners take great pride in their home and keep it in immaculate condition. It is our little peace of paradise here on earth. You will not be disappointment when you rent this home.

Although we had a slight hitch with the A/C given the problem it was repaired quite speedily, yes it was extremely inconvenient but these things happen and there’s not much anybody can do about these things.
My family and I really enjoyed staying at the villa and would be very grateful if you would allow us to stay at hopefully the not too distant future.
