Tink's Retreat is a lovely 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom Orlando vacation home located in the beautiful community of Windsor Palms. This Florida vacation home is furnished with your comfort in mind. The bedrooms consist of a master bedroom with full en-suite facilities, a Full-sized bedroom, and a twin room with two twin beds. All of the bedrooms have a TV and DVD player, and the twin room is decorated for kids and includes a playstation with assorted games. Other features of this Orlando vacation home include a large kitchen, living room, dining room, breakfast area and laundry room with full - sized washer and dryer. The main living area has a large television with a DVD/VCR player and playstation with games. Assorted books and movies are also included in the property. The kitchen is fully equipped with all major appliances including refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster and waste disposal, as well as a telephone. All linens and towels are supplied for your stay.

Christmas Dec 19-Jan 04, 2009 - $119/nt. On all reservations 6 nights or less, a cleaning fee is added to the reservation. Cleaning fees are as follows: 3 Bedroom: $65 4 Bedroom: $75 5 Bedroom: $100 6 Bedroom: $105 The minimum rental age is 21. ID is required upon reservation. Cancellations: Up to 60 Days in Advance: No penalty. Deposit will be returned less appropriate credit card fee 59 - 31 Days in Advance: Deposit is forfeited Less than 30 Days in Advance: Balance of vacation forfeited unless vacation can be rescheduled. Guest will pay any changes in rates for new vacation dates. A minimum deposit of $300 is required for Easter and Christmas
