Our beautifully furnished 1416 sq ft. 3BR/3BA townhome is located in the prestigious 5-star gated community of Windsor Hills Resort, just 5 minutes, 2 miles from the main gate of Walt Disney World Resort, in Kissimmee, Florida! This home is beautiful & furnished to an exceptionally high standard. Each bedroom suite has its own private full bath, each with its own TV. A fully equipped kitchen and a great room with 50" Phillips HD Plasma TV, DVD, 5.1 stereo & high speed wireless cable internet (free), make this an incredible vacation experience and value for up to 8 guests! It also has its own private screened-in pool, and is a short 2 minute walk from the luxurious Windsor Hills Resort clubhouse. We have high end mattresses and linens in each room, amenities such as video games for the kids, and we offer free phone calls, both locally, in the US/Canada, and internationally, for your convenience. The amazing part of staying here is that you will stay in a much more luxurious home with top of the line furniture, electronics, bedding, and your own private kitchen and pool, for a small fraction of the cost of staying on the Disney property at a traditional resort hotel room.

No expense has been spared to decorate it in top of the line furniture, the very best mattresses and bedding we could find, and top of the line TVs, electronics, free high speed internet, and more, all to offer you all of the comforts of home along with the most luxurious place you will find for rent anywhere in the Disney / Kissimmee Florida area! The open floor plan boasts 9 foot ceilings throughout the ground floor with a spacious great room opening to the private, screened-in lanai/pool area. Most of the home is painted in a pale / light yellow color called "Farmer's Almanac". We also upgraded the whole first floor and all 3 bathrooms to tile, as they were originally carpeted and linoleum tile in places, not bad, but we wanted better. We also installed "West Indies" style ceiling fans throughout, to compliment the central Air Conditioning / AC, and added just about every convenience, appliance, and item we could think of, including kids items, strollers, video games, and more! The home even has its own washer/dryer upstairs, so our suggestion is to pack lighter than you normally would, we always seem to end up bringing too many clothes with us!

The home features its own private screened-in lanai with a heated splash pool!

The pool gets plenty of Florida sun, but optional heat is available in the cooler months. Pool toys are provided for your enjoyment, and the pool area is protected by a child fence plus locks.

Once the kids are asleep in their own bedrooms, there's nothing like a swim in your own private pool to end a perfect Disney day, or relax with a margarita in the sun. (Blender included, you provide the mixers!)

The home is professionally managed by a local company, who are available 24 hours a day in the event of problems or questions.

The home will be cleaned with fresh towels, linens and a starter set of toiletries prior to your arrival. Nearby grocery stores allow you to stock the kitchen to your own tastes, and save the cost and hassle of eating out for every meal. All that's missing is you!
