Windsor Hills Resort is a fabulous 5 star resort with amenities that you will not find anywhere else. Our Lagoon Style Pool with 2 story waterslide will keep the kids busy all day! The Clubhouse has a private movie theatre, ping pong, billiards, video games and a state of the art fitness center to keep in shape while you are away!

Our condo is located on the FIRST floor so you do not have to deal with stairs or elevators when loading/unloading. It also means you can step out right from the Lanai to enjoy the sun or have a little picnic in the grass. We are also conveniently located adjacent to the outdoor recreational facilities including basketball, tennis, volleyball, a putting green as well as the covered picnic area for outdoor eating. The parking lot for trailers/rvs/boats is also close by. For your safety, our community is gated and manned with security personnel 24/7.

Our condo has all of the amenities you will need to enjoy the comforts of home. We do not rent out our condo to make money. We rent it out only to cover our costs until we are able to retire and live there on a permanent basis. For this reason, we are often able to offer discounted rates, so be sure to inquire with your dates. We also work closely with our guests to provide information about discounted tickets and car rentals as well as information about the parks, shopping, golf, etc... We are constantly looking for deals to pass on to our guests and we provide an Entertainment book in our condo. We treat our guests like our good friends are staying at our place for their vacation. Windsor Hills Resort is located a mile off of US 192 near mile marker 6. It is located adjacent to the Mystic Dunes Golf Club, which has been rated the number 2 golf course in Orlando, and 5 miles from Reunion and Champions Gate Courses. We are only two miles to World Drive (Disney). Seaworld is only 10 miles away and an easy drive straight up I-4. Busch Gardens is only a 1 hour drive west to Tampa. The condo is located within minutes to numerous restaurants, golf courses, grocery stores, theaters, theme parks and shopping.

A deposit of $200 is required to reserve your dates. This is applied to your total.
The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival date.
We accept Cash/Checks/Credit Cards through PayPal.
Credit Card payments require a 2% processing fee.
Cancellation Policy
-If you need to cancel your booking we will make every effort to rent your dates to someone else. If we do we are happy to provide a full refund to you. If we are unable to rent your dates then the following applies:
-You may cancel your booking at any time. Penalty rates of the Total Rental Fee (amount shown on booking confirmation) apply:
- Up to 30 Days prior to arrival, $50
- Between 29 and 14 days prior to arrival, 25%
- Between 13 and 7 days prior to arrival, 50%.
- Between 6 and 3 days prior to arrival, 75%.
- Less than 2 days prior to arrival, no refund.
Additional Fees:
Tax Rate: 13.0%;Cleaning:$65 stays less than 7 nights.
