“A Piece of Magic” condo boasts a lounge with "over-stuffed" sofa and love seat, occasional tables, lamps, and an armoire with a large screen cable TV, plus a DVD player. The lounge opens onto a balcony where you can spend the evening watching the sun set . Leading off the lounge is a dining area and breakfast bar that provide combined seating for up to 6 guests, being served from the well equipped and spacious galley kitchen, with range, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, garbage disposal, plus utensils, crockery and appliances required for that perfect family meal together.

The master bedroom enjoys a queen-size bed, with night-stands, lamps, telephone, clock/radio and dresser with cable TV and DVD player, plus generous walk-in closet space.
