Three bedroom villa on the popular Vista Del Lago guard-gated residential community.
Minimum Rental 7 Nights.

No smoking is allowed.
Guests may arrive on any day of the week.
Check in after 4:00PM and check out before 10:00AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
No pets allowed.

There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. No housekeeping is provided during a stay.

Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 15 minute(s). There are two supermarkets just two minutes away and numerous shops and dining places within 5 minutes drive. Disney Marketplace and Kissimmee only 10 minutes drive. Great designer shops (Premium Outlet Mall) only 15 minutes drive away.
There are a number of lakes around the Vista Del Lago complex, all within walking distance of our property. The Atlantic coast is approx 1 hour drive and the Gulf coast approx 2 hours drive.

Screened porch has table and chairs. There is a barbecue and two bicycles in the shed which are available for guest's use. There are three swimming pools and two hot tubs on the complex, the nearest pool just a short walk from our property. The other two are located at the Clubhouse. There is also a sports bar at the entrance to the complex.

High Season Price : £280 per Week

£100 deposit is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of £100 is also required with the balance.This we be refunded after completion of the rental provided there is no damage.If you cancel the booking before the final payment is due 50% of the deposit only will be refunded. If you cancel less than 60 days prior, there is no refund.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash.
