Vacation Rental Description

This Luxury Villa is located in a gated communty just 15 minutes away from Orlando International Airport, and overlooks a natural lake.
With four bedrooms and three bathrooms, there is plenty of space for the family. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and en suite bathroom with a walk in shower. Another bedroom with a full (double) size bed with its own bathroom, and two rooms each with two two (single) beds that share a bathroom. This Villa has its own private pool and spa to enjoy. There is also televsion and internet.
The community offers a club house, large public pool, tennis courts, hiking trails, children's playground, and boat dock. the community club features a fitness center and is stocked with games.
This Villa is located just 30 minutes away from the main gate of Walt Disney World, and 45 minutes away from Universal Studios Theme Parks and Wet 'n' Wild.
There is plenty of shopping to do at all the nearby shoppinh outlets and malls including The Florida Mall, Premium Outlets, Festival Bay Mall, and The Loop.
On the nearby International Drive, you can find lots of restuarants, attractions, gift shops, and more shopping plazas!
Just one hour away from Cocoa Beach, Jetty Park, Kenedy Space Center, and Port Canavrel, and an hour and a half from the Gulf Coast of Mexico.

In 30 minutes, you can be at the main gate to Walt Disney World or Downtown Disney for a dining and shopping experience. The Florida Turnpike will take you to Universal Studios, Wet 'n Wild, and International Drive, featuring outlet shopping and more attractions.
You are 10 minutes away from the natural Florida where you can enjoy Boggy creek airboat rides and see the aligators and the wild life that it offers. Organised fishing boat trips so you can catch the big one!

4 bedrooms: Master has a queen bed tv/dvd sofa lounger and patio doors leading on to the pool deck that faces the natural lake. On suite bathroom with a large clothes closet and a shower with several shower jets.
2nd master has its own bathroom with shower and toilet and also faces the lake with its own door that leads onto the pool deck.
Twin rooms: one with tv and Play Station they both share a bathroom with shower and toilet.
Family room has a large tv and cable tv for those cosy nights in watching your favorate Disney movies.
The kitchen has everything you will need large fridge, electric stove, toaster,microwave,dishwasher,blender, electric kettle and stove top kettle,washer,dryer,ironing board and iron. All bed linen,towels and tea towels are supplied for you.

The villa is located in Villa Sol, Boggy Creek, Kissimmee, just 15 minutes from Orlando International Airport and about 40 minutes away from Sanford.

Villa Rental Rates

Low Season Price : $650
High Season Price : $850 per Week
A non refundable deposit of $250.00 will book you into this villa. With the remaining balance due 8 weeks prior to your arrival date. Cancelations, with good reason, made no less then 8 weeks prior to arrival may be refunded. Once balance is paid all instructions are given to enter the villa.
All prices include Florida tourist taxes(13%)
Special rates and last minute deals ask for details. Credit cards are accepted through PayPal with a convenience fee of 4%.
