Our 1470 sq. ft. Townhouse includes one main floor bedroom (handicap accessible) with a King size bed, and a private bath/Jacuzzi, a Living area with Wireless Internet, Cable TV, DVD, PS2 game system & VCR. One sofa pulls out for a Full Size sleeper bed. A spacious Dining area and Kitchen (fully supplied with appliances, dishes and all eating/cooking utensils) and a free for guest use Washer and Dryer. Through the living area is a slider door that opens to the outside wrap-around covered porch.
The Upper level has three bedrooms. The Main upper bedroom has a Queen size bed, dressers TV ind includes a private bath.The two other upper bedrooms have two twin beds each, TV’s and dressers. One has the Playstation2 gaming/DVD system. An additional Bathroom is located on this upper level.
Venetian Bay Village is a Gated Resort Community with a Private Lake, a Recreation/Fitness Center, 4 Pools, Playgrounds, Tennis Court, Volleyball, Basketball, Picnic Areas, Game Room with pool table, air hockey, pinball and video machines and a children’s movie theater - on site, a Business Center with wireless high-speed Internet, computers and printers "for guest use" and an On-Site Car Wash facility.
The townhouse is fully furnished in tasteful decorations, wood furniture,all bedding/sleeping linens, bath towels and all the kitchen cooking and dining materials you may need to eat in (to save a few dollars) or you may choose to go to the many restaurants or take-out places as we are only 1 block off the famous route 192 strip (Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway/Vine Street). The community is located only blocks away from a Super Wal-Mart Center, a Super Target Shopping Center, a K-Mart and a BJ’s store.
We are very Close to all the Walt Disney World Parks, Sea World, Aquatica Water Park and Discovery Cove, Universal Studios and Universal Islands of Adventure Parks, Medieval Times Dinner Theater, Gatorland and many other Orlando attractions. We are about 1 hour away from the new Legoland Orlando attraction.
We are Located between Osceola Parkway and Route 192 (Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway) for easy access to Route 4, Orlando International Airport and all Orlando attractions.

Take Airport Exit South out of the Orlando International Airport (South Access Rd. leading out of the Airport) to 417 South (Central Florida Greeneway). Continue on Rt 417 to John Young Parkway Exit South into Kissimmee. Make a right turn on W. Carroll St. Proceed past the Kissimmee Utility Authority (KUA) and past Dyer Blvd. Venetian Bay will be 1/2 mile ahead on your left.
