We will require a $220 deposit to secure all booking, weeks are transferable.
A 3% transaction fee will be added to payments made by Credit Card.
All prices are excluding 13% state tax.
Stays of less than 7 nights will require an additional $85 for cleaning fees.
A refundable security deposit of $250 will be required at check in.
We do have an excellent management company who take care of everything.

Jacksonville, North Carolina This property far exceeded our expectations! Everything was exactly as described and depicted in the pictures. Our family truly enjoyed the safe and clean home we stayed in. We haven't stopped talking about Paradise Palms. I've told family and friends and they've looked on the site and are preparing to book their next vacation here. Thank you for being true to the descriptions of your property. IT WAS EVERYTHING WE HAD HOPED IT WOULD BE!
Hi Sue, We are home now but I want to tell you it was one our most memorable vacation's ever. Your vacation home was perfect for our family. It was everything we had hoped it would be to accommodate our family Thanksgiving gathering. Thanks for sharing. The gated community is excellent and offers so many amenities. The grounds are clean, neat, and well maintained. We well surely use it again if we travel to the area. Have a Merry Christmas.

THE BEST RENTAL EVER
I just wanted to write and let you know that your rental was even more than what we expected. It is by far the best rental we ever had and the kids loved the place and the different activities available for them at the cub house. Thank you for all your help during the reservation process. YOUR HOME WAS AWESOME!
Hi Sue - I just wanted to let you know that we enjoyed our stay at your beautiful home. We did not want to leave to go back home. Your home was awesome in every way and we so want to come back. We will try maybe next year, but I'm afraid it may have to wait another year due to finances. The service was great with Scandi - if there was any problems at all, they acted on it immediately. we will highly recommend your homes to others and hope to return sooner rather than later. ps. - the pool temp was great!!
We have had some great hoildays in Florida for many years as the children have been growing up, and have always promised that one day we would buy a vacation home of our own. In 2007 we finally acheived our dream, and have no regrets.
