Welcome to our beautifully designed Townhouse, situated on the 5* Paradise Palms Resort, where you and your family will be spoiled with space, privacy, convenience and value! Everyday is an adventure for all ages, and at the end of the day, relax in the comfort of your private accommodation.Truly Paradise! New 4 Bed 3 Bath Townhouse,is beautifully furnished in a contemporary style with it's own private pool,with a covered and screened Lania.
BEDROOMS Master bedroom upstairs featuring one King-Sized bed, the second and third bedroom have Queen-Sized beds with 32” and 18.5” TVs with remotes, and the fourth bedroom is a kiddies hide-away comprising of Bunk Beds and an 18.5” TV! This impressive home sleeps a total of 10 guests!!!
LIVING/DINING The comfortable living area has a lounge suite with a pull-out sofa-bed, 42” wide screen TV, internet access, cable TV. All the comforts of home ! The dining area has 4 chairs, table and comfortable wall bench.
KITCHEN There is everything you need, when using the ‘open plan’ fully equipped Stainless Steel and Granite kitchen and dining area! Enjoy a hearty breakfast at the breafast bar sitting on one of the 5 bar stools.
All amenities of the resort are available for your use at no additional cost. The facilities include: Clubhouse, heated swimming pool, toddler pool, whirlpool, tennis courts basketball courts, fitness room, games room, movie theatre, cyber cafe, fishing lake and the popular Tiki bar. If you just want to chill out, visit the leisure room for a game of cards or to read a magazine.
The communal pool area is equipped for entertaining the younger ones, splash about in the baby pool and get soaked by the water sprinklers, play in the sand pit or have fun in the play area on the swings/slides, whilst Dad cooks on the BBQ close by.

We will require a $220 deposit to secure all booking, weeks are transferable. A 3% transaction fee will be added to payments made by Credit Card. All prices are excluding 13% state tax. Stays of less than 7 nights will require an additional $85 for cleaning fees. A refundable security deposit of $250 will be required at check in. We do have an excellent management company who take care of everything.

IT WAS EVERYTHING WE HAD HOPED IT WOULD BE!
Hi Sue, We are home now but I want to tell you it was one our most memorable vacation's ever. Your vacation home was perfect for our family. It was everything we had hoped it would be to accommodate our family Thanksgiving gathering. Thanks for sharing. The gated community is excellent and offers so many amenities. The grounds are clean, neat, and well maintained. We well surely use it again if we travel to the area. Have a Merry Christmas.

THE BEST RENTAL EVER
I just wanted to write and let you know that your rental was even more than what we expected. It is by far the best rental we ever had and the kids loved the place and the different activities available for them at the cub house. Thank you for all your help during the reservation process. YOUR HOME WAS AWESOME!
Hi Sue - I just wanted to let you know that we enjoyed our stay at your beautiful home. We did not want to leave to go back home. Your home was awesome in every way and we so want to come back. We will try maybe next year, but I'm afraid it may have to wait another year due to finances. The service was great with Scandi - if there was any problems at all, they acted on it immediately. we will highly recommend your homes to others and hope to return sooner rather than later. ps. - the pool temp was great!!
