Welcome to our Terrace Ridge Condo. Our home is a luxury 2 bedroom 2 bath condo with a view of the pool from the balcony. We have upgraded our home with lots of extra features, such as extremely comfortable pillow top mattresses, upgraded furniture, flat screen TV’s and all the extras to make you feel at home, including free long distance in the US and Canada. All you need to do is pack your suitcase and let the fun begin.

The resort is ideally located within minutes to Disney World and other Orlando theme parks.
Shopping and restaurants are only half mile away.

Many championship golf courses. Also you are 80 miles from Cocoa Beach or Daytona Beach. Great value and location for families traveling to Disney Theme Park and surrounding attraction parks!

This is a Self Catering Home, which means, while we have provided some starter supplies, there are supermarkets within 1-5 miles where all of your favorites and necessities can be purchased. The Publix supermarket is less than 1 mile west on hwy 532 and directly across from a 7-11 convenience store. On Hwy 27 at the I-4 junction, there is the Posner Centre where you can find a Super Target and many other stores. All have grocery/food items and Target and has a full selection of clothing and hard goods.

Walt Disney World theme parks are a 15 minute drive. There is also Cirque Du Soleil, Disney Quest, Downtown Disney and Disney's Boardwalk to name a few. You can also experience Kennedy Space Center, Busch Gardens and Ripley's Beleive It or Not.
There are many championship golf courses from the Walt Disney World courses, Bonnet Creek Golf Club and Celebration Golf Club.
Some of the area restaurants are Chili's Bar and Grill, Outback Steak house, Cracker Barrel and our favorite Carrabba's Italian Grill. There are too many others to name.

				High Season Price:	$595 per Week

. DAMAGE DEPOSIT- A damage deposit of $250 is required. The deposit is NOT applied toward rent; however, it is fully refundable within (14) days of departure, provided the following provisions are met. No damage is done, beyond normal wear and tear. All debris, rubbish and discards are placed in dumpster, and soiled dishes are placed in the dishwasher and cleaned. One load of towels is started. All keys are left in the lock . CANCELLATIONS – A sixty (60) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 60 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment and reservation deposit. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit.
Payment can be made online using a credit card.
