"Southview" is an executive 7 bedroom villa situated in the desirable resort of Terra Verde. The resort is a gated community and has manned security 24 hrs a day. The villa is situated in a secluded position of a cul-de-sac which consists of only 3 houses. There is ample parking facilities for large families or groups. The pool area is southfacing and, for added privacy, it backs onto a natural conservation area. The pool deck has got sunshine from sunrise until sunset. This makes it the ideal place for those sun-lovers looking for the perfect tan. Although being in a secluded position, the villa is only a minute's walk away from the clubhouse. This clubhouse boasts 6000+ sq ft and is available at no extar charge to our guests. Telephone calls are free from the villa to most countries and there is also internet access.
