Villa Gianessa is our Dream Villa named for our 2 Granddaughters Gianna & Vanessa. Our newly built luxury 2875 square foot villa is located on the beautiful prestigious community of Terra Verde. This ideal 6 bedroom 5.5 bathroom family home is fully air-conditioned, central heated and sleeps up to 14 people comfortably. It was tastefully decorated by a local Interior Designer taking comfort into consideration.

Free Wireless Internet is installed in the Villa.

Our home contains a variety of features such as an Ensuite Master Bedroom, 2 Ensuite Queen Bedrooms, 1 double twin Ensuite and 2 double twin bedrooms.All ensuites have ceiling fans.

We also provide 2 pack and play cribs, Toddler Bed and High Chair for your little travelers.

There is full cable television and DVD players in the Den and Master Bedroom plus we provide over 50 movies for your viewing pleasure.

Relax in your private south west facing illuminated heated swimming pool and spa. The pool has a removable safety fence for extra added protection for young children, if you should need it.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances including a toaster, coffee pot, blender, microwave, and dishwasher. There is also a full set of dishes, silverware, cooking and baking accessories and a patio service for your poolside entertaining. We have also provide an electric BBQ Grill for your use.

All bed linen, bathroom towels are provided.

The Family Room features a pool view with sliding doors that lead onto a covered Lanai.

You can get competitive in our game room complete with a Pool Table, Table Tennis Table, and Foosball table. For the poker fans we also provide you with the cards and chips.
