7 Bedroom house located in Terra Verde gated community with security and hugh amenities such as: close enough to the hustle and bustle of the shops, restaurants and activities around the 192 area, minutes from Walt Disney World, yet a perferctly secluded retreat to get away from it all! The clubhouse complex backs onto an enormous blue watered lake and is almost 6000 square feet under air with a large communical pool, sunning decks, spa and Tiki bar. Other features include a fitness room, concierge services, cyber games rooms, gathering and meeting rooms, stock fishing pond, large sunning beach, sports court, sundry shop, beach volleyball court, Tot lot, beverage and snack bar, Children's climbing rock, Hammocks and more. The clubhouse also benefits from internet access and dvd hire.

The house consists of 7 bedrooms with 4.5 bathrooms, a games room, including pool table, ping pong, football and air hockey. It also benefits from a heated pool (not a splash pool)and hot tub with plenty of outdoor furniture and a BBQ.

There are 2 master bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, 3 double bedrooms and a further two childrens room (one room has 1 set of bunk beds with a double at the bottom (can sleep 3) and the other has 2 sets of bunk beds which sleep 4). There are TVs in all the master/double bedrooms and some VCRs/CD players.

The house has air conditioning/heating and a safe, along with a telephone.

The kitchen is fully fitted with Microwave, Cooker, Fridge/Freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster over, toaster and is fully equipped with all kitching utensils and crockery. There is also a laundry room with washer and separate dryer.

The main family room hosts a 57" HDTV with cable TV and games console and there is a large dining area and living room.

Other amenities include high chair, buggies, 2 cots and stair gate.
