Vacation Rental Description

This is a beautiful south facing four bed executive villa home backing onto a lake so no rear neighbours. You can either enjoy the pool in the sunshine from morning to night or relax in the covered-in lanaii taking in the view. Located on the quiet small community of Seasons just behind Medieval Times and very close to a 24 hour Walmart store. Just 15 minutes to Disney, the house is maintained to a very high standard and has its own games room with snooker table plus wireless internet service available. There are TVs/DVDs in all four bedrooms.
Relax in this lovely well equipped home away from home suitable for all your needs - a perfect home for a family vacation or just for the two of you !

				High Season Price:	€600 per Week

£600 per week is an all year round charge. A deposit of 25% is required, with the balance payable no later than 10 weeks before departure. There is also a security deposit of £250 payable which will be refunded one month after the end of the holiday rental period. For departures within 10 weeks, a cheque for the full amount, plus the security deposit, must be sent with the Booking Form.
Cancellation charges as follows:-
Period to Departure : Cancellation Charge : More than 8 weeks £100 per week Between 6/8 weeks 50% of rental charge Less than 6 weeks 100% of rental charge
All payments to be made by cheque. An extra charge will be made if pool heat is required Discounts will be given for bookings of 3 weeks or more.
