Lovingly furnished to accommodate a large or multiple families on the vacation of a lifetime, this very spacious, five bedroom house has 2700 square feet of living space. Situated in the heart of Florida close to Highway 192, the perfect location for everything Florida has to offer. This fabulous five bedroom, three bathroom villa sleeps up to ten guests comfortably. This villa is furnished to a very high standard to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Sunny Seasons is on a large corner plot, in idyllic tranquil surroundings on a new estate but only minutes from restaurants and shopping malls including Wal-Mart. 
 
First master bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed, large en-suite bathroom with corner bath and shower, walk-in wardrobes, and independent cable TV. The second master bedroom has a queen-size bed, built-in wardrobes, and independent cable TV, adjacent to second bathroom. Three other bedrooms all have twin beds, built-in wardrobes, and independent cable TV. The lounge has three sofas, one being a sofa bed, large TV, DVD, VCR, and CD player.  
 
Formal dining room seats six guests and a fully-equipped kitchen with every conceivable extra. There is a nook area which has another dining table which seats four guests. Seasons Sunshine Villa has a fantastic fully air conditioned games room to the front of the house. The outside pool area has extended decking, a covered lanai porch and a 28 foot pool, for an extra charge you can have pool heating. There are two patio tables, four loungers, and 8 chairs.

A security deposit of £150 is required to cover any damage or loss which may occur, and a separate cheque should be sent with the final balance.Check-in/Check-out The property is available from 4pm on the day of your arrival and must be vacated by 10am on the day of your departure.Your Responsibilities The party must treat the property, its furniture, fittings, utensils and other facilities with respect. Any loss or damage must be reported immediately to our local representative. The applicant must make good or pay for any loss, damage or breakage. We reserve the right to withhold any moneys from the security deposit to pay for any loss or damage caused to the property or its contents by any member of the party.Smoking is not allowed in the villa.
