Bedroom 5 has queen sized bed .Upstairs there is family bathroom.Downstairs boasts tv room/dining area/and 2nd seating area.Modern kitchen with all utensils/cutlery and all necessary pots and pans needed.There is also downstairs w/c with wash hand basin.Tv room has dvd player and playstation 2 with games.The garage has been used for a games room with electronic basketball game/pool and table tennis.

10% discounts for early bookings more than 3 months in advance,
rentals of less than 7 nights are subject to £70. Non refundable 20% deposit is required to book the holiday. Payment of balance together with a security deposit of £200 is payable 8 weeks from departure. Payments via paypal carry a 3% surcharge
Pool heat is £80 per week.

Cancellation charges will be calculated as set out below:
